Characteristics: White granules. Stable in air. Insoluble in alcohol, practically insoluble in water, but is readily soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, and nitric acids. Alkaline in aqueous solution (PH value:8.95±0.35). It is easy to loss crystal-water at 180°C, and becomes sodium pyrophosphate at 250°C.
